Some places naturally invite us to slow down.

The warm evening air. The sound of the trees. The stars overhead. The quiet that settles in once the day comes to an end.

Our Orlando retreats are designed to embrace that rhythm.

Over three days and two nights, you’ll step away from the demands of everyday life and into a peaceful sanctuary where there’s space to reconnect with yourself, nature, and a supportive community. Guided by our experienced Medicine Carrier, Arkawa, this retreat offers a respectful and grounded environment for deep inner exploration.

Known for his calm, steady presence, Arkawa approaches ceremony with humility, patience, and deep reverence for the traditions that guide this work. He creates space for each guest to move through their experience naturally, without expectation or pressure.

One of the unique aspects of our Orlando retreats is our outdoor Saturday evening ceremony. Weather permitting, we gather beneath the open sky, surrounded by the sounds of nature and the warmth of the fire. Many guests describe these evenings as deeply peaceful—a reminder of what it feels like to slow down, be present, and reconnect with something larger than themselves.

Whether this is your first retreat or a continuation of your path, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

Your Retreat Includes

Two Sacred Ceremonies

The heart of the weekend is two evening ceremonies guided by Arkawa.

Each ceremony is approached with care, respect, and thoughtful support, offering an opportunity to explore your inner landscape, gain insight, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

Practices for Preparation & Integration

Throughout the retreat you’ll also participate in practices that help prepare for and integrate your ceremonial experiences, including:

• Breathwork

• Meditation

• Group sharing circles

• Time for quiet reflection

The pace of the weekend is intentionally spacious, allowing moments of stillness to become part of the experience.

Nourishing Meals

All meals are included and thoughtfully prepared in accordance with traditional dieta practices, supporting your body throughout the retreat.

Comfortable Accommodations

Your accommodations are intentionally simple, peaceful, and free from unnecessary distractions.

Each guest receives a memory foam mattress, pillow, and blanket for ceremony and rest.

For guests seeking additional privacy, semi-private shared rooms with bunk-style beds are available.

Continued Community Support

The retreat may end on Sunday, but your connection with Pachamama Sanctuary continues long afterward.

As part of our community, you’ll have unlimited access to our virtual Integration Circles—offering continued opportunities to reflect, ask questions, and stay connected as you integrate your experience into everyday life.

A Respectful and Supportive Environment

Every participant completes a confidential health screening before attending.

From your application through your final integration, our experienced team is committed to creating an environment rooted in compassion, presence, and thoughtful care.

Because our retreat groups remain intentionally small, guests often leave with not only meaningful personal experiences, but also lasting friendships and a genuine sense of belonging.

Is This Retreat Right for You?

This retreat may be aligned if you’re feeling called to:

• Step away from the pace of everyday life

• Reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way

• Deepen your spiritual practice

• Explore personal growth within a supportive community

• Spend intentional time immersed in nature

• Experience sacred ceremony in a respectful, grounded setting

No previous experience is necessary.

Only a willingness to arrive with an open heart and a curious mind.

Reserve Your Space

There is something special about gathering beneath the night sky.

Away from distractions.

Surrounded by nature.

Supported by community.

If you’ve been feeling called to create space for yourself, we’d be honored to welcome you to Pachamama Sanctuary in Orlando for this special weekend with Arkawa.

Come slow down, reconnect, and experience the quiet wisdom that often reveals itself when we simply allow ourselves to be present.
